About

B2B consulting in strategy, risk, and IT infrastructure— Switzerland & Mexico (FR - EN - ES).

Objective: to support companies that want to transform an intention into a concrete solution without unnecessary complexity, and with a deliverable, measurable, maintainable result.

MY AREAS OF INTERVENTION

Risk management

Protecting activity, assets, and continuity.

Audit, diagnosis, and protection solutions tailored to your reality (business and individuals).

  • Risk audit (business / leaders / families).

  • Health insurance (local & international), life, savings, retirement.

  • Asset protection (auto, home, business).

Typical deliverable:risk mapping + prioritization + actionable recommendations.

Business strategy

Clear vision → structure → execution.

When a company grows, the real issue is not 'working more', it isorganizing better: business model, processes, tools, team, governance.

  • Business plan, business model, growth trajectory.

  • Organizational structure: vision, roles, processes, KPIs.

  • Digitalization and transformation strategy (tools, data, automation).

Typical deliverable:90-day strategic plan + 6–12 month roadmap.

IT infrastructure & automation

Stability, security, performance — and AI when it truly serves.

I work on architecture, reliability, and automation: infrastructures, networks, security, workflows, ERP/CRM, AI agents, IoT/Smart Building systems.

  • IT infrastructure: servers, networks, security, governance.

  • Business automation: CRM, ERP, workflows, integrations.

  • Artificial intelligence: agents, chatbots, integrations, concrete use cases.

  • Smart systems: IoT & enterprise home automation.

Typical deliverable:technical audit + target architecture + implementation plan.

MY METHOD (what makes the intervention 'premium')

An effective intervention consists of 4 steps — simple, but demanding:

  1. Frame: objectives, constraints, risks, success criteria (without ambiguity).

  2. Design: architecture / plan / priorities (what matters, in the right order).

  3. Implement: deliver, test, document, ensure reliability.

  4. Transfer: make autonomous (procedures, decisions, roadmap).

Result: less improvisation, more control, and systems that endure over time.

MY JOURNEY

After 20 years in Switzerland between IT engineering and high-precision manufacturing, I moved to Mexico in 2020 to develop a results-oriented consulting business.

My career has been built in environments where reliability is critical, particularly in high-end watchmaking, on multi-site infrastructures, and in migration, security, standardization, and operations projects.

I then developed an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach: the ability to move from need to plan, and then from plan to execution — including when it is necessary to prototype and materialize a concrete solution.

COACHING SUPPORT

Many projects fail not due to a lack of skills, but due to a lack of clarity, decisions, and pace.

That’s why I integrate, when relevant, a support dimension from my certification Master Coach ICI (Corporate & Life Coaching): clarification, prioritization, trade-offs, posture, and taking action.

The goal remains B2B: to improve the quality of decisions and the capacity for execution — not to engage in theory.

THEY TALK ABOUT IT

Clients often reach out to me for a simple reason: I do not address an 'isolated problem', I address a system (context, constraints, people, tools, execution).

Perceived quality comes from the combination: structured analysis + creativity + concrete delivery.

MY PHILOSOPHY

"Everything is possible... the only limits that exist are the ones we create for ourselves."
