About

WHO AM I?

Designer of complex solutions

25 years of thinking, designing, and delivering — engineering, manufacturing, mechanics, strategy, human transformation.

Polymath with visual-spatial thinking. I see systems in images, complete, even before I touch a tool. And invariably — 5 to 10 years ahead of the market.

Agnostic to the industry, true to my methods.

My way of working is based on 4 pillars:

  1. I observe all available technologies before proposing a solution - I never limit myself to what I already know.
  2. Swiss precision in everything I do - like a Swiss Army knife: versatile, yet always precise.
  3. I see trends ahead of time - which allows me to create solutions that last in the long term.
  4. I always start from the client's needs - no off-the-shelf solution, ever.

I prioritize open source technologies, independence, and sustainability.

My path is non-linear, multi-domain, unclassifiable. And that's intentional.

Society wants predictable specialists. I am an expert in several incompatible worlds and I connect them in a way that no one else sees.

Some see me as a consultant. Others, an engineer. Others, a coach or creator. The truth? I am all of that.

And this multiplicity is not a weakness, it's my signature.

If your problem is too complex, too atypical, too unclassifiable — we should talk.

What others call "impossible," I call"interesting".

MY JOURNEY

1996-1998: The foundations - Electronics & hands-on learning

Electronics technician (apprenticeship then federal diploma). This is where I learn rigor, precision, the ability to diagnose and repair.Understanding how things work — really.

1998-2002: Federico Carpentry - From laborer to director

I join the family business. I startas a laborer: sweeping the workshop, loading trucks, preparing job sites. No privilege, no shortcuts.

I progressthrough hands-on experience: I learn the trade, project management, client relations, logistics. After a few years,I become director(the last 1.5 years).

Then I make a decision:my daughter is going to be born, and I choose my family.I leave the company to be present. I will never go back on this choice.

What I take away from it:The value of manual work, field management, coordination of complex projects, the ability to deliver under pressure.

2000-2008: IT Engineer - The self-taught person who amazes the pros.

I start as a systems engineer at Vacheron Constantin(luxury watch manufacturer, 350 users, 3 sites). Critical infrastructures, migrations from Windows NT4 to Active Directory, Terminal Services, Citrix, security, multi-site backups.

But here's the thing:I don't wait for official training to learn..

While others go home in the evening, I replicate the entire infrastructure at home:Complete Active Directory, VPN, DMZ, DFS, GPO. I set up a personal lab to test, break, and rebuild. I learn ahead of the market.

Result: when the Richemont Group(parent company) launches a project for inter-brand Citrix horizontalization, they recruit me as a consultantto deploy the infrastructure I had developed at Vacheron Constantin.

My approach:If I want to master something, I rebuild it from scratch until I understand every layer.

Certifications:Microsoft, Citrix (2003-2004). Project management (PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, CoBIT, 6 Sigma) in 2008.

2007-2010: State of Geneva - Infrastructure Consultant

I join the State of Geneva (30,000+ users, multi-site) as infrastructure consultant, assigned to the messaging and user portal team.

Focus: open source technologies. Email archiving, NAS solutions, legal compliance (WORM), open source migration, user portals.

This is where I understand the difference between making a system workandevolving an ecosystem.

2009-present: Federico Solutions - The workshop that becomes much more

Alongside my IT missions, I launch Federico Solutionsin 2009. Initially, it is a manufacturing workshop: laser cutting, CNC, prototyping, signage, models for Swiss watchmaking.

16 years of delivering tangible results.Locksmithing, acoustics, architectural signage, prototypes for industry. Clients: high-end watchmaking, architects, designers, real estate developers.

Flagship project: Complete signage for a residential complex of 3 buildings in Geneva. Contract of 100,000+ CHF, 1 year of construction.Design, manufacturing, on-site coordination, client relationship management. From start to finish.

But Federico Solutions has never just been a workshop. It is gradually becoming a hub of integrated solutions:

  • Strategic consulting
  • IT infrastructure & automation
  • Prototyping & innovation
  • Executive support

Notable projects:

Functional prototypes for watchmaking (2015-2025): For 10 years, Swiss watch manufacturers have contacted me to design large-scale functional prototypes— about 20× the size of the actual module of the watch. Goal: to demonstrate what they have invented at international fairs (SIHH, Baselworld). Precision mechanics on a large scale. Prototyping, manufacturing, guaranteed functionality.

Flagship signage project (Geneva):Complete signage for a residential complex of 3 buildings. Contract of 100,000+ CHF, 1 year of construction. Design, manufacturing, on-site coordination, client relationship management. From start to finish.

AtonRa Partners (finance startup, Geneva):

  • 2010: Set up complete IT infrastructure (servers, telephony, security, backups) for their seed phase.
  • 2013: They grow from 5 to 15 people. I return to restructure the organization, redesign the offices, support growth.
  • The director tells me something that marks everything: "Myrko, I know you do less IT now. But when you created our systems in the beginning, you put energy into it. And since then, the company has been growing non-stop. Now we are moving into new offices I want you to build something that has your energy."
  • What he didn't know is that at that time, I was diving into personal development: lithotherapy, vibrational frequencies, Tibetan bowls, Reiki (3 levels).I feel the energies. In his new offices, I did geomancy to balance the frequencies.
  • He didn't understand everything. But he felt that something was changing when I passed by.

Alquimista Café (Tepoztlán, Mexico):Complete creation of a café: concept, space design, operational setup, supplier sourcing, team training.Operational in 4 months.

ZTR Trikes (Switzerland):Market study, regulatory compliance, import/distribution strategy for 3-wheeled vehicles. Brand creation, sales network.

Complete renovations + home automation:

  • 2019: Mobile home— Complete reconstruction from A to Z. Alone. Plumbing, carpentry, partitions, insulation, electricity, flooring, fully integrated home automation..
  • Mexico: My current home— Fully automated. Jarvis has access to it: light control, air conditioning, security, monitoring. Complete open-source, autonomous system.
  • I know what it means to do everything yourself.

(Product idea in the background: selling turnkey home automation systems for individuals. But that's another story.)

February-December 2025: Total AI immersion - 4000 hours in 10 months

Between February and December 2025, I will spend about 4000 hours(12-16 hours/day, 7 days a week) exploring modern AI and automation. Yes, 10 months. Not 4 years. I'm a bit crazy.

What I've built:

  • Local stack Ollama(Local LLMs)
  • Orchestration Docker multi-container
  • Servers MCP(Model Context Protocol) deployed
  • Agents AI with RAG pipelines and workflow automation
  • Business automation withn8n
  • Customization Odoo+ API integrations (including a custom app developed withLovableto generate Odoo content via API withSiYuan)
  • Implementation WhatsApp Business API
  • WordPress: hosting, customization, optimization (not just user)

My personal lab today:Local Linux server with my own AI assistant that I call"Jarvis". Complete home stack. BecauseI don't want to depend on anyone to experiment.

What it costs me:During this phase, I disconnect from my body. I lose my morning yoga, I pick up smoking again. The indicator is clear: when I am too much in my head, my body tells me.

2023-present: Coaching & support — Integration

Certification Master Coach ICI( Corporate & Life Coaching) in 2023. But in truth, I have been working on myself for 15 years :

  • Personal development, introspection, inner alchemy
  • Reiki(3 levels)
  • Lithotherapy, vibrational frequencies, Tibetan bowls
  • Geobiology(energy harmonization of spaces)
  • Argentinian tango(became central in 2025  reconnection to the body, presence, heart)
  • Acroyoga, yoga, meditation

My coaching approach:I do not just support the strategy. I support the person behind the strategy. Because often, what blocks a project is not the technique — it’s the human.

Project in development: The Circle of Guardians - monthly meetings 2-3 hours, 5-8 people max, by invitation only. Themes: life transitions, decision alchemy, conscious strategy, being vs performing. Confidential space for collective transformation.

My positioning:"The Alchemist" - the one who transforms ideas into reality, who connects technique and consciousness, who sees systems in their entirety.

WHAT SETS ME APART

I am not dealing with an "isolated problem," I am dealing with a system

Context, constraints, people, tools, execution. My approach is systemic: I look at the whole, not just a part. An IT problem is rarely just technical. A strategic blockage is rarely just rational.

I am versatile, not a generalist

I have a deep expertise in several areas. I know how to analyze, design, prototype, deliver. And I switch from one to another according to the project's needs. I am not "a little good at everything" - I am an expert in several fields.

3. I deliver

I have spent16 years turning ideas into real objects. I know what it means to finish a project, not just to think about it. I am not a pure designer - I am a creator who sees things through.

4. I learn quickly — and I learn by doing

4000 hours of AI/automation in recent years. Personal Active Directory lab in 2003. Complete renovations of mobile homes. Modern open source stack. I don't read tutorials - I rebuild from scratch until I understand.

5. I sense energies

It may seem strange in a consultant profile. But it's a reality.: I perceive what is happening in a space, in a team, in an organization. Sometimes what is blocking is not visible in an organizational chart. Sometimes you have to feel what is wrong.

6. I do not seek to please everyone.

My background is atypical. I do not fit into any box. Some will never understand how one can be both an IT engineer, a CNC craftsman, an ICF coach, and a Reiki practitioner. So much the better. I only work with those who see the coherence behind the apparent diversity.

MY PHILOSOPHY

"Everything is possible... the only limits that exist are the ones we create for ourselves."

I believe thatreality is malleable. Not in a crazy new age sense, but in a concrete sense: what you think, you become.. What you focus on, you amplify. What you decide, you manifest.

I left carpentry for my daughter. I set up a workshop. I learned AI on my own. I created businesses. Not by magic — by decision and by action.

My approach: Observe, analyze, design, act. Without attachment to the result, but with total commitment to execution.

READY TO COLLABORATE?

If you are looking for someone who thinks in systems, acts as a strategist, and delivers as a craftsman  we should talk.

If you want a consultant who stays in their lane and only sees their field,  I’m probably not the right person.

But if you want someone who sees the invisible connections, dares to propose unconventional solutions, and doesn’t give up until it works  then yes, we should really talk.

PS: Yes, I also do Argentine tango. Yes, I have a server with an AI assistant named Jarvis that controls my home. Yes, I practice geobiology. Yes, I rebuilt a mobile home from scratch with complete home automation. And yes, I can still migrate your Active Directory, structure your business model, or design a giant mechanical model for a watch fair. It’s not contradictory  it’s just me.
